Partha completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kala Bhavan, Santiniketanin 1992 and Masters in visual Arts from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata in 1994..He has held solo shows of his works at Kolkata and new Delhi besides participating in many group shows and art camps held in different parts of India and abroad including those at Mumbai, Bangalore and London..
Partha\'s creative mind travels easily from paintings to ceramics and vice versa in a sensitive and poetic way..Partha\'s paintings and ceremic sculptures feature in Baherin Fine Arts Society, U P State Lalit Kala academy, Birla academy and other private and public collections in India and abroad. He has been a member of the Society of Contemporary Artists since 2008..
