MAQBOOL FIDA HUSAIN, commonly known as M.F.Husain was an Indian painter and most celebrated and internationally recognized Indian artist of 21st century. He completed his schooling and moved to Mumbai in 1935 and studied at Sir J,J,SCHOOL of art. his paintings exhibited all over India exhibitions during the period 1948-1950 made him a publicly known artist. The Ist solo show of M.F.Husain was held at Zurich in the year 1952 followed by a series of successful exhibitions across Europe and UK. In 1997, he was sent a special invitation along with legendary Pablo Picasso at the Sao Paulo Biennail. His paintings are widely appreciated all over the world.
