JATIN DAS
Jatin Das was born in 1941 in Mayurvanj, Orrisa. He studied art at the Sir J.J school of Art, Mumbai under professor S.B.Palsikar. Thereafter he participated in innumerable art shows both in India and international level. Some important exhibitions where he participated include Biennale in Paris ( 1971) and in Vence ( 1975) and the documenta in kessl ( 1975) He received Utkala award by Bengal Governor, 2006, Bharat Nirman award 2007, conferred Padma Bhushan by Govt. of India, January 2012...
